10 years ago, in 2012 I starting fitness training girls, from my home garage!

The success of my transformations spread fast, so I started group fitness classes, I opened a gym!

I hid away, gained weight, felt lazy, frumpy and terrible, but pretended I was fine.

 

Then soon after I got diagnosed with ADHD in Feb 2021

which forced me to take a real look at how I was living, the choices that were making me feel terrible and making my ADHD symptoms worse. 

I was scared of slipping into a deep depression and ruining my life.

I went down a rabbit hole researching how to manage ADHD naturally.

 

I finally learned the triggers behind WHY I was overeating and why I kept falling in and out of a healthy lifestyle, all those years of up and down weight cycles.

 

Long story short, I had -34lbs healthy weight loss  through flexible habits that could be duplicated over and over, without boredom.
